Thanks for your Order. In order to process your order quickly and without incurring additional fees, please follow these instructions exactly. If you are not familiar with graphic work, color separations and so forth, please ask you sales associate for a quote on having us process your artwork as it will save you time, aggravation and probably money. Once you have uploaded your file, it will go to our quality control department to ensure it meets our standards. Once the graphic is in proper format, you will receive a .pdf to confirm how your graphic will look. We thank you for your support in ensuring your satisfaction.

3) Download our quality control form to ensure your graphic is perfect before sending it in.

Before uploading your file, make sure your file has the exact same name as the one on the purchase order your sales associate sent you. You should then compress your file(s) using you company name as a file name. (You can use www.winzip.com to do so) This will allow us to find your graphics easily.
Upload the file using the form below. This must be done 1 file at a time. Please note that when you press upload, you may have to wait for several minutes/hours depending on your file size and connection speed.
Some very large files may need you to use our FTP site. The coordinates can be found in the customerzone.

Common mistakes to avoid
- Make sure you use our templates so that we can see the graphic placement on the board.
- Do not send .jpg files as they are useless
- You cannot do color changes with CMYK graphics
- Make sure to include the color guide with the appropriate pantone colors when using PMS.
- Do not upload "files for us to check" as you will incur fees
